• Conducting analysis of patient's medical history, assessing surgical needs and identifying/selecting the best suitable general /laparoscopic surgical procedure.
• Performing corrective, restorative and repair surgeries to revive patient’s normal body functioning.
• Administering pre and postoperative medications / treatments and maintaining required surveillance on condition of the patient to ensure normal recovery.
• Maintaining effective coordination with paramedical staff including nurses, assistants, and other medical staff including residents to ensure flawless preparation of Operation Theater prior to performing surgeries
• Rendering consultation and surgical assistance to other fellow physicians and surgeons
• Ensuring availability and proper sterilization of surgical instruments, equipment, and operating room to prevent any possibility of infection or bacterial invasion.
• Keeping abreast with latest surgical developments and conducting research to develop and test surgical techniques that can improve operating procedures and outcomes.
