In 23 years of his work experience, he has performed more than 45,000 major surgeries and 6000 laser surgeries. In addition, he has trained more than 1300 surgeons across world through live surgery workshops and has established himself as a pioneer in the field of Laser Proctology and in the use of fully absorbable (P4HB) mesh for Hernia.

He is a Tedx speaker, also covered by “India Today” as “10 most powerful leaders of 2022 who dared to dream and bring change.” His journey was covered by "The Week" magazine and has received "Times Leading Entrepreneurs Award" in Oct 2022 and Economic Times “most influential leaders award" in August 2022. Has been recognized as “Surgeon Extraordinaire” in an article published in "Business Today" magazine in August 2022. He was also conferred with an award of "Magnetic Journey of Legends by Entrepreneurs Forum of India" in December 2021.
Hailing from a simple family where no one ever dreamt of a doctor In the Family he strived hard to turn his dream into a reality in 1997 as graduate of MBBS from LLRM Medical College, Meerut. Since that day he never stopped and completed his post-graduation qualification of Masters of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery in 2001 from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal. He dons 13 years of teaching experience as Professor and HOD in the department General Surgery in Dental College.
His association as a member of many professional medical & surgical organizations has credited him with varied experience. At personal front, he is known as a doctor with humane touch and is appreciated by his patients for giving them a family feeling. He believes that "You receive what you give“. His versatility includes but is not limited to being an effective team leader, motivator & a speaker with strong communication skills on various platforms.
Besides his profession, he is fond of Music and is a fitness freak and , who regularly plays Cricket, Chess, Carrom and Badminton. It is less to say that as a busy doctor he has been able to pursue his passion and at the same time has made his team proud by winning many matches and coveting many trophies under his captainship.
